For in-stock items, qualifying orders are fulfilled within five business days from the order date.
Shipped via UPS Ground.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it can generally take up to five business days in transit time for delivery.

For in-stock items, qualifying orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PT Monday to Friday will be delivered in one business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PT will be delivered in two business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PT, on Saturday or Sunday, or on a holiday, will be delivered in two business days.

UPS 2-DAY (SIGNATURE REQUIRED) (to USA)
For in-stock items, qualifying orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PT Monday to Friday will be delivered in two business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PT will be delivered in three business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PT, on Saturday or Sunday, or on a holiday, will be delivered in three business days.

UPS 3-DAY (SIGNATURE REQUIRED) (to USA)
For in-stock items, qualifying orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PT Monday to Friday will be delivered in three business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PT will be delivered in four business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PT, on Saturday or Sunday, or on a holiday, will be delivered in four business days.

For addresses in Hawaii and Alaska, the above expedited shipping options are not available.

UPS does not deliver to PO Box and military APO/FPO addresses.
Please do not enter a Post Office address as your shipping address.

We ALWAYS ship to the address provided upon checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Please only provide a physical address at which someone is ALWAYS available during regular business hours.
Please provide a work address instead of your home address if you work during the day.

Please note that the courier will not notify us of any delivery exceptions.
It is each customer's responsibility to track an order's shipment on UPS.com until it is successfully delivered.

Orders shipped outside of the US that cannot be delivered successfully regardless of the reason will be abandoned by UPS and will not be returned back to us, in which case, no refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for any shipment or item delayed, missing, stolen, or damaged in transit or after it is marked as delivered by UPS.

In the case that your order's shipment or any part of your order is delayed, missing, stolen, or damaged after tracking shows it has been delivered by UPS or after a Shipment Delivered email is sent to you, you are responsible for filing a claim with UPS.
We will not be able to reship your order or issue a refund.

Any UPS Access Point reserves the right to refuse or return a shipment without notification.

If your order is not delivered within the expected delivery time frame, it will be your responsibility to notify us within 14 days from the purchase date and before the expiration of the 14-day return period.

If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:
We will not be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that we are not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
